3. Appointment Requests
Submitting the booking form sends a request; it is not a confirmed appointment. Our team confirms availability by phone or WhatsApp.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Appointments may be rescheduled where clinically necessary or in an emergency.
4. Payments, Insurance and Refunds
Fees are payable according to the price list in effect on the day of service. Insurance coverage depends on your policy and the direct-billing agreement with your insurer.
Refunds are handled according to our published Refund Policy.
5. Patient Reviews and User Content
Reviews submitted on this website are moderated before publication. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, contains other patients' personal data, or is not a genuine account of care received.
By submitting a review you grant AMC permission to publish it, with your first name and country, on this website.
6. Careers and Applications
Job listings are updated as vacancies arise. Applications sent to our HR address are processed for recruitment purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
The AMC name, logo, page content, photography and design are the property of the Aseel Medical Care Group and may not be reproduced without written permission.
